At SaltyMedic Outfitters, every product is made with intention. We value transparency and reliability—here’s what to expect when ordering from us:

 Made-to-Order & Product Availability

Most products are made to order in collaboration with trusted vendors, ensuring all products are crafted with care and quality for every customer.

Some items may be pre-order, made-to-order or on-hand, depending on current inventory.

Order fulfillment is subject to product availability at the time of purchase. If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you with options.

U.S. Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship within the United States only.

All orders are shipped to valid U.S. addresses.

 Processing & Tracking

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that processing is separate from production and shipping; items will ship once fulfilled by the specific vendor. Made-to-order items may take longer if customization or alterations are requested.

You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

 Promotions & Shipping Rates

Coffee ships free. Other items (such as mugs, apparel and accessories) follow standard shipping rates, even when purchased in the same order. 

Promotions and discounts do not apply to standard shipping rates unless explicitly stated for selected products. Combination of products with free shipping may not be included in costs of other items from different vendors unless explicitly stated. 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on current market rates.
