ABOUT SALTYMEDIC

SaltyMedic wasn’t built from a boardroom. It came from the job.

Long shifts. Bad calls. Good crews. Split-second decisions. Dark humor. Early mornings. Late nights. The things you don’t have to explain to someone who’s lived it.

That’s where SaltyMedic comes from.

“Salty” isn’t bitter. It’s seasoned. Tested. Experienced. It’s knowing what the job asks of you because you’ve been there.

What started as a few designs became a culture.

Stickers. Coffee. Stories. Conversations. The people behind the work.

Because somewhere along the way, it became obvious:

This was never really about shirts.

It’s about the culture surrounding the job. The people who show up. The ones who carry the load. The ones still working when nobody’s watching. The businesses built by people from the same world. The humor that gets you through the shift. The standards you hold when things get heavy.

SaltyMedic is a place for all of it.

We build things for the people who live this life—but more importantly, we want to build something worth being part of even when you’re not buying anything.

That’s why you’ll find more than products here.

You’ll find the stories. The people. The conversations. The coffee. The gear. The laughs. The hard truths.

No hype. No pretending. No explanation needed.

Built from the same shift.

Baseline Coffee Co. came from the same place SaltyMedic did: the understanding that some days start before the sun and end long after it goes down.

Coffee is fuel. Around here, it’s also part of the ritual.

Fuel the shift.

Quality over quantity. Always.

No hype. No pretending. No explanation needed.

Stay Sharp. Stay Salty.
