Return and Refund policy

At SaltyMedic Outfitters, we stand behind our products and want every customer to have a positive experience. All orders are subject to review — if you have a concern with your order, please reach out and we'll work with you to find the best resolution.

Order Review & Refunds

Because most of our products are made to order in small batches, limited drops, or as pre-orders, we are unable to accept general returns. However, all refund and reorder requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@saltymedicoutfitters.com with your order number and details, and we'll determine the appropriate resolution.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@saltymedicoutfitters.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will issue a replacement or full refund upon review.

Lost or Missing Packages

We are not able to guarantee replacements for orders marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis due to our small-batch production model. Sizing or fit concerns are welcome — reach out and we'll see what we can do.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
