Cancellation policy

Order Cancellation Requests

At SaltyMedic Outfitters, we understand that circumstances change. While we strive to process orders quickly, we will work with you on cancellation requests when possible.

How to Request a Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted directly to us for review. We do not offer automatic cancellations. To request a cancellation:

  1. Email us immediately at support@saltymedicoutfitters.com with "CANCELLATION REQUEST" in the subject line
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your cancellation request
  3. Wait for our response
    • We will review your request and respond within 48 business hours

Cancellation Eligibility

Whether we can cancel your order depends on its current status:

  • In-House Products (stickers, hats, accessories, bundles):

    • Orders not yet shipped: Cancellation may be approved on a case-by-case basis
    • Orders already shipped: Cannot be cancelled, but may be eligible for return upon delivery
  • Print-on-Demand Products (custom apparel, hoodies, t-shirts):

    • Orders not yet in production: Cancellation may be approved
    • Orders in production or completed: Cannot be cancelled due to the custom nature of these items
    • These items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold

Important Notes

  • Cancellation approval is at our sole discretion based on order status
  • We process orders quickly, so contact us immediately if you need to cancel
  • The sooner you contact us, the better chance we have of stopping your order
  • We are not responsible for orders that cannot be cancelled due to processing delays on the customer's part

Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • You will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to our error
  • You will receive email confirmation of the cancellation

Denied Cancellations

If your order has already been processed, shipped, or is in production:

  • We will notify you that the cancellation cannot be completed
  • You may still be eligible for a return or exchange once you receive the item (see our Return Policy)
  • Custom/personalized items may not be eligible for return
