Friday Feature 001

First responder owned. Built with purpose.

FIREHAUS SUPPLEMENTS

Built by a firefighter. Shaped by the job.

It started with a problem he was already dealing with himself.

Too many supplements. Products that didn't taste great. And questions about whether he could trust the quality of what he was taking.

So he decided to build something he would actually want to use.

That became FireHaus Supplements.

BUILT FOR THE REALITY OF THE JOB

First responders don't live a particularly predictable lifestyle.

Long shifts. Interrupted sleep. Strenuous calls. Training. Recovery. Family responsibilities.

And sometimes all of it in the same day.

After more than 17 years in the fire service, FireHaus' founder knows that reality firsthand. He has seen what happens when demanding calls, poor sleep, training, and everything outside the job all compete for the same limited resources.

Nutrition, hydration, and recovery matter.

FireHaus was built around that reality.

The idea is straightforward: combine proven ingredients into convenient products, use quality ingredients, and have those products verified through third-party testing.

Nothing complicated.

Just products designed with the people using them in mind.

BUILT FROM THE FIRE SERVICE

Being firefighter-owned means more than putting the words on a website.

For FireHaus, the fire service is part of how the company continues to take shape.

Its founder talks with other firefighters about how they train, what they need, what they're looking for, and what they would like to see in future products.

Those conversations help guide the company.

And there's a different level of accountability when you're building something for people you work alongside.

He wants to make products he'd feel confident using himself—and recommending to another firefighter.

That matters.

Because you're not just selling something to a market you researched.

You're building something for people you know.

BUILT TO GIVE BACK

FireHaus' connection to the first responder community doesn't stop with the products.

A portion of sales goes back to first responder charities and causes.

Recent donations have supported the First Responders Children's Foundation and the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation.

The goal is to keep that going—and make it bigger.

As FireHaus grows, its founder wants the company's ability to give back to grow with it.

That's part of what he's building.

WHAT'S NEXT

FireHaus is still growing.

A new flavor of its Creatine + Electrolytes is planned for later this year, followed by a pre-workout product in 2027.

The long-term goal is to become a trusted performance-nutrition brand for first responders and anyone living a demanding lifestyle.

But the approach isn't changing.

Listen to the people using the products.

Build around what they actually need.

Keep improving.

And give more back as the company grows.

WHY SALTYMEDIC CHOSE FIREHAUS

We don't feature a company simply because a first responder owns it.

There has to be something worth telling.

FireHaus started with a firefighter trying to solve a problem he was dealing with himself.

More than 17 years in the fire service shaped the company. Conversations with other firefighters continue to shape where it's going. And a portion of its sales goes back to organizations supporting the first responder community.

That's worth putting in front of our audience.

Not because it's selling to the culture.

Because it's part of it.

That's what Friday Feature is about.

First responder owned. Built with purpose.
