 Made-to-Order & Product Availability

Most products are made to order in collaboration with a trusted local vendor, ensuring it's crafted with care and quality for every customer.

Some items may be pre-order or on-hand, depending on current inventory.

Order fulfillment is subject to product availability at the time of purchase. If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you with options.

U.S. Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship within the United States only.

All orders are shipped via USPS to valid U.S. addresses.

 Processing & Tracking

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that processing is separate from production and shipping; items will ship once fulfilled by our local vendor. Made-to-order items may take longer if customization or alterations are requested.

You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

 Promotions & Shipping Rates

Promotions and discounts do not apply to standard shipping rates unless explicitly stated.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on current USPS rates.
