QUICK BREW TIPS
Open It Right
Coffee bags are heat sealed for freshness.
Cut just above the seal, then reseal after each use to keep your coffee fresh and mission ready.
Keep It Fresh
Store in a cool, dry place
Avoid the fridge or freezer
Keep the bag sealed tight between brews
Brew Stronger, Not Bitter
Start with:
1–2 tablespoons per 6 oz water
Fresh water
Medium grind for drip coffee
Fine grind for espresso
Adjust from there until it tastes like your kind of shift fuel.
BUILT FOR THE BRAVE
No fluff.
No fake “coffee culture.”
Just dependable coffee for people who run toward the problem.
THE LINEUP
If you’re serious about your brew, start with what’s in the bag. Baseline Coffee Co. is built for people who run on caffeine and grit.
- SHIFT — Medium Roast — Milk chocolate, citrus zest, caramel. Smooth enough for the long haul.
- 12-LEAD — Dark Roast — Dark chocolate, smoky, toasted caramel. The flagship. Bold and unapologetic.
- NIGHT OPS — Espresso Roast — Dark cocoa, blackberry, smoke. Built for overnight ops.
- STATIC — Decaf — Same profile, no caffeine. For when the shift is over but the ritual isn’t.
